Marco Kozlowski | REOs and Wealth

Marco Kozlowski

In order to create wealth in real estate, investors seek to find properties that can be purchased well below market value. One of the best ways to do just that is to purchase REOs!

REO stands for "Real Estate Owned" by banks and other lenders. In these cases, the property was foreclosed and went to auction, but did not sell at the auction. At that point, the lender becomes the owner of the property and can sell it to investors!

Why a profit possibility? Because lenders are not in the business of real estate rental or property management. They want to loan money and not to become property managers... They are in many cases receptive to a low offer from serious investors who can be trusted with the new mortgage.

How do you become wealthy by owning or controlling real estate assets?

In this first blog post in "Marco Kozlowski Reviews" page, I will address an important step that you need to take to become wealthy and successful in life. Today we will discuss developing an empowering mindset. You see - most people who succeeded in business, investments and in life, have seen both triumphs and failures. What sets these people apart from others is their mindset. A mindset that allows them to go forward no matter what obstacles they face. A mindset where they believe in their ultimate business and investments goals so much that nothing - even some temporary challenges - cannot prevent them from reaching their goals.

So how do you develop such powerful and empowering mindset? According to Marco Kozlowski you should hang around with a right peer group. Yes, we rise and fall in business and life based on the kind of peer group we choose to be around with.
